Two incredible days in Bormio

The Chalet Heidi very awesome! High quality facilities and stylish interior! We find everything and even more fireplace, sun-beds, wash machine, perfect bed, garage, free tea and coffee. The staff is very friendly! Thanks a lot for your support and recommendations, the dinning was incredible! I highly recommend this property!

Everything perfect

Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Nicole had amazing attention to detail and incredible hospitality. The ability to add fresh delivered croissants every morning started our days off right, and with her insightful local recommendations we fully enjoyed Bormio and the cuisine. The location is perfect for any cyclist looking to tackle the famous cycling routes in the area while also close proximity to town. Nicole also helped us to reserve and chose one of the Roman baths in the area, which added some exquisite relaxation after some hard days climbing up the Stelvio. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time at Chalet Heidi and explore all of what Bormio has to offer.

Five Star Luxury experience in prime location - unmissable!

SImply Excellent in every aspect. From the prime location (literally 5 mins from Bormio 2000 piste or Bormio Centre), to the super-luxurious appartment - with absolutely everything you could wish for and more. Park in the dedicated enclosed garage, up the stairs and you'll find an splendid luxury finished and organised appartment with only the best quality of everything. Beds that provide an amazing nights sleep (also thanks to soundproofing, though the area is extremely quiet anyway), to the perfectly equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. Nespresso machine fully stocked as was the fridge with complimentary drinks. Free dedicated Wi-fi provided a reliable 10mb allowing us to connect our streaming device to the Sony TV (there's also a Sky decoder provided). Sumptuous towels, dressing gowns and slippers - everything deserving of a five-star rating but with self-catering a pleasure due to the quality of the equipment on-hand.

This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the excellent customer service from pre-checkin to gretting and throughout the stay - thank you Nicole!

Wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone wishing to really spoil themselves and enjoy Bormio from the amazing vantage point afforded by the Balcony. This allowed us to enjoy the fireworks displays this new year from the comfort of our room overlooking Bormio with a lovely log fire burning. Simply nothing but praise, not even one tiny thing was missed. We will definately be back next time we come to Bormio!
